I have lots to tell you guys. First thanks for the prayers. We have still been trying to find people to teach and went back through some old people and had a good conversation with them. They know all about the church and almost understand everything from past missionaries but still have some misconceptions that need to be cleared up. We asked them to read a couple of short verses in the BofM so we will see if they did and discuss them next time we go over. They are nice people and just DONT UNDERSTAND! You just cannot deny that book if you read it intently. Why will Children of God just not hearken unto their Fathers voice? He wants them back. They just look at the church as a CHURCH and not as they should. Its frustrating but testimony building.

Other than that we contacted what seemed like a billion less actives. Story one: Now, this happened with high school kid and his Grandpa, who watches movies all day without a shirt on and thinks he knows what is best for kid. We walked into the house on a weekday evening and he is usually watching a movie or show on this HUGE LCD tv which wasn't there. I asked him, without really thinking about it, just trying to be sociable, where the big TV went. He looked at me with those satanic eyes and told me in a very very scary voice that what he does in his house is his business. I felt horrible. I obviously started talking without thinking and hurt his pride very badly. After we got done talking, he told me to come sit down. I did and spent the next 15 minutes basically getting chewed out in a round about way. He kept telling me that he has guns and they are loaded and that I need to be careful what I say. He kept saying that he wasn't mad he was just trying to teach me a lesson for the future for when I would go into other homes because I could possibly get killed for stepping in on other peoples business. I felt like a million bucks after I was done. They also have this little Pomeranian that has its haircut to look like a lion. Everytime we walk in the door that thing growls and doesnt leave the grandpas side until we are done. The grandpa kept telling me that ever since I came to the house, no one else, not any of the other missionaries, just me, but when I come to the house the dog growls. What he was trying to get at was that dogs know good people from bad people. He told me to do some soul searching. Then...... he kept on telling us about how he was in the army and how, like every other disabled Veteran who thinks theyve seen it all, told us about How HE has seen it all. It was a good time.

Another Less active lady that we contacted was really nice but had just been in Montana too long. She told us this crazy story about how she thought her son was kidnapped from the hospital at birth and how the hospital and funeral home were all behind it. Its a long story but a good one. I will write it in my journal. She said that she is trying to get a book published on it to see if her "dead" son is really still out there.

Lately we have been dealing with a lot of the Medical Marijuana Problem. It is a huge thing here in Montana and is a problem with some of the members. Not active ones of course. One of the members works at a Meth Rehab facility and gave us some good insight to the problem because, frankly my dear, I dont know too much about the state laws and how they all work and everything. But, that is an issue I really havent had to face on my mission yet. I sure in the Phililppines there will be numerous issues that deal with everything you can think of. That reminds me. There are some members in the Meth Rehab place that requested us to come so we should start teaching them sometime soon. Hopefull that willl be good.

Thats about it for my week. though. Thanks for all the info on what is going on at home. Keep reading and praying. I promise that if you do problems will most likely be kept at bay.

Did you get my letter from the Atchleys? She sent another one about two days after that had a good picture of them at the temple that I will have to send. Its good to hear from investigators.
